We are very proud that women run all significant roles in privatetour.com, practically all of our team are working mothers and productivity has never been so high. We work around our staff requirements with regard to working times and facilitate their hours to suit their family needs.

The eclectic mix of nationalities on the PTC team from Irish, English, Australian, Dutch, Turkish & Belgian lends us all support each other, and we are going from strength to strength all power and all women. 

The team camaraderie and support for each other are evident every day, and all our staff are in a position should the need arise to bring their children to work, we are animal-friendly, we believe happy staff makes for a comfortable environment and productive workplace and we know this works for us.
