I had a really wonderful time on that day - the food was out of this world. I have never tasted food like it before. I love trying different cuisines and trying to replicate them back home. This was the first time I have got close. I cooked for some friends when we came back and their reviews would tell you everything you need to know! We will never again go to our local Chinese (sorry Hong Kong Restaurant!) because in our opinion I can make it better! For the foodies out there - this is a MUST

I am not a very good cook at home but my friend really wanted to go, so I went along for the ride and the smells - OMG. And I even managed to cook something edible! I made dumplings, and they weren't the best in the group but I actually managed to make something, and something hard! Even if you can't boil an egg properly, the guidance from the teachers makes it so easy. This wasn't really my kind of thing, but I now have a new skill

We had a truly magical experience on this tour - my Kung Pao chicken was out of this world! Learning about all the flavour combinations is something that will never leave me. This was an amazing culinary learning experience for which I (and my family!) will be ever grateful!
