Once you clear customs, you will exit out a door where our representative will be waiting holding a sign with the Gray Line Blue Diamond Logo. You will be escorted to our bus to be transported to your hotel.

- Someone from Private tour.com will contact you at least 48 hours prior to your tour time to confirm the details of your departure
- Express Service operates every 60 minutes from / to hotels and airport.
- Passengers with the same arrival time will board your shared 10 person van. Wait time before departure is approximately 15 minutes.
