After breakfast tour of Delhi visit Humayun Tomb, Lotus Temple (closed on Monday) India Gate and drive past Parliament house, President house and visit Qutub Minar. Later drive to Agra, check into hotel for 01 night stay.

Early morning visit Taj by sunrise. Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) - the most extravagant monument ever built for love Mumtaj Mahal by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1633. Back to hotel for breakfast & visit Agra Fort. Later drive to Jaipur en-route visit Abhaneri (95 Km from Jaipur): The small village of Abhaneri has one of India's deepest and largest step wells (also known as tank gardens). Step wells are unique to India. They were used as cool places of resort, as pools for ritual cleansing before a temple visit and as a water supply for dry weather. There is a temple adjoining the step well.

After breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort in the outskirts of Jaipur followed by Elephant ride to the fort. Stop for photography at Jal Mahal, Palace of Winds better known as Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar (Observatory). Later walled city tour by walk Start point : from City Palace via Tripolia Gate (Entrance gate of Royal Family), covering the beautiful Jaipur city centre with daily routine colourful life and vibrating pink city, old Bazaars from spices to the exquisite Jaipur savior, visit Bangles street from the smell of tea spices with flower Incenses street. Ending at Ramchandra ji temple with beautiful city view. Evening dinner with Indian family with cooking demo. (Complimentary and optional)

I am so glad that we booked this trip! Narendra made the planning and booking phase so easy, and none of my requests/changes was an issue. We were arriving into Cochin on a cruise ship and wanted to spend 4 days seeing the sights in Cochin, Delhi, Jaipur and Agra, then get to Dubai in time to rejoin the ship. Because of this, we had very fixed dates. Narendra came up with a programme that allowed us to visit all the sights we wished to see and ensured that we didn't miss a thing!
Our driver and guide in Cochin were great, they met us at the port at the time we had arranged, and showed us the sights in a comfortable, air-conditioned car. Once sightseeing was complete they delivered us to the airport for a flight to Delhi.
At Delhi airport we were greeted by the wonderful Hari, our driver for the next three days. Hari was always cheerful and helpful, and very attentive to our needs. He was an excellent driver, and his car was kept clean, cool and was very comfortable. Hari drove us from Delhi to Jaipur, from Jaipur to Agra, and then from Agra to Delhi over the next three days.
The guides in Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra were all very knowledgeable, friendly and all spoke excellent English (as did Hari). We saw some awe-inspiring and ancient sights, and never had to stand in a queue. We had plenty of opportunity to make changes to the itinerary, and found time to participate in activities such as a rickshaw ride through old Delhi, and watching a snake charmer at work. There were opportunities to shop if you wanted, but we chose not too - and that was OK too. An additional stop at the Abhaneri Step Well was fabulous, and not too much of a detour along the Jaipur - Agra road.
The hotels were good quality, and all provided breakfast (included in the tour cost). All also had evening meals available, great after a long day of sightseeing.
At the end of our time in India, Hari returned us to Delhi airport, for a flight to Dubai. We spent such a little amount of time in India, but because of the itinerary put together for us by Narendra, and the amazing guides and drivers we had, we feel that we absolutely made the most of the time we had. If you are looking for a company to help you make the most of your time in India, this is the one!

Dear Narendra, I want to thank you for arranging a very eventful and well organized 6 day vacation thru the golden triangle for me and my family this March. I was a little worried when the trip began because my mom, who is 73, was with us and I was not sure how she was going to handle it. This was going to be one of her trips of a life time and we were all very excited. However, being from Canada, where there are relatively few people and it not so busy, I was worried about how she was going to react to all the people and the culture shock. I thought it might be a bit overwhelming for her. But as soon as we landed in Delhi and we were met by our guide, the driver and his assistant, I soon discovered that we were in very good hands. Everyone was very kind and understanding and they answered all our questions and they made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The hotels were also comfortable and we were reasonably close to most of the attractions. We especially liked the Fern Hotel in Jaipur and the Howard Mansing Hotel in Agra. Very comfortable. We were very busy during our 6 days and we saw many beautiful sites and we shopped to our hearts content. The Taj Mahal was even more amazing in person than I expected. I also was very pleased with some of the locations we visited in Delhi and Jaipur. Also, we were able to shop everywhere and we ended up with some beautiful gifts at a reasonable price for our family and friends. Finally, I was really impressed with our driver. The driving was very safe and he made sure that our valuables were looked after and secure when we were away from the vehicle. At the attraction sites, he also went out of his way to make sure that we had good access points so as to be as close as possible. Our driver even went out of his way to get his friend in Jaipur to take us to the local market and shopping street..his friend was a real gentlemen and he helped us know the local prices. We had several guides and they treated all very well, but one guide near Agra took us to too many shopping areas where his friends had businesses. it was OK to begin with but then it got to be a little too much but when we told him that we needed to go, he listened to us. Thanks again for the helping us with a great holiday to India.

Dear Mr. Poonia, It has been a while since we returned from our Golden Triangle Tour with Coloutful Indian Holidays.I often reflect on our trip and the many wonderful sights we had the pleasure to encounter. I cant imagine attempting such an adventure without the assistance of your very capable driver Raju. He was a careful protective and considerate gentleman whose company we greatly enjoyed. I would think that more careful consideration should be taken with planning the logistics of each day of the trip.The planning seemed somewhat disappointing since we missed several sights because we started out too late or our guide spent too much time talking or bringing us to shops or we were taken to a sight on a day when it was closed or we were advised by the guide not to see a key sight that in retrospect we really should have seen. This really was a once in a lifetime trip and I will mix my had there been a little more careful planning.

Dear all, I would like to spend some lines to share with you our experience in India and Colourful Indian holidays. We had no many days to spend in India and we decided to get in touch with some agencies to get their help in organizing our trip. Finally we choose Colourful Indian Holidays for the kidness of Narendra, always availability with the last minute changes, and his underestanding in organizing a very nice trip with a small budget. Colorful Indian Holidays did an excellent job customizing a trip for my family and me( extremely flexible to all our needs ). Their service was over the top and their prices were very reasonable (actually much better than the other tour agencies we contacted ) So the bottom line is if you are going to India and you want someone to organize a great tour with great pricing , you should contact Colorful Indian Holidays and be assured you will have a tremendous time in beautiful India. The trip that Colorful Indian Holidays organized for me and my friend was a great experience. We had a nine days private tour and saw the Golden Triangle, plus Khajuraho temples and Mandawa village. Everything was perfectly done, we were having a guide or an agency representative waiting for us in every single site or place we were visiting. Very courteous people, good guides to give us lots of interesting information about the places we were visiting. In all, Colorful Indian Holidays made our trip a very pleasant and unforgettable event.

Colorful Indian Holidays and in particular Narendram did a phenomenal job in organizing a Golden Triangle tour in three days for my fiance and myself. Despite numerous emails with our plans changing along the way, Narendra was patient and prompt in his responses. The only thing we did not like was the hotel that was chosen in Jaipur. Otherwise the guides and drivers did a great job in showing us the highlights of India. They were always on time and willing to take us on a detour to quaint shops when we got overwhelmed with the historical aspects. I would happily recommend this companys services to future visitors.

I travelled for 5 days from Delhi, Agra to Jaipur and would very much recommend this tour operator. From the beginning, my tour guide Peejah was there to meet me at Delhi airport and the following day he brought me to all the sights. He was very patient and could not do enough. Then my tour guides Sunni in Agra and Ude in Jaipur were very knowledgeable about all the cultural sites and historic places. The hotels in all three places were wonderful and with a great service. I would highly recommend to anybody wanting to experience the Golden Triangle tour as they were very organised and with a very good itinerary. Also, this is a very beautiful part of the area especially for those who like history and culture.

In March 2007 we booked online the tour "Taj Mahal with Golden Triangle" including Delhi. We were kindly met by a representative at the airport, the hotels were nice (only in Agra we would have liked to upgrade the hotel). We had a wonderful guided trip through Delhi and Rajastan with a friendly, alert and safe driver. We feel, we have seen many highlights of this interesting area, and we can fully recommend Mr. Poonias company.
