Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through central Kenya to the lower slopes of Mt. Kenya to Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary - arriving Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in this private sanctuary, including a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya. You will also visit the Visitors Information Centre. Return to Sweetwaters Tented Camp for dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Approx Transit time: 3 hrs Meal plan: {Lunch, Dinner}.
Depart Sweetwaters after breakfast and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley - making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls which was named after Joseph Thompson, one of the first European explorers who walked from Mombasa to Lake Victoria in the 1880's. Proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park Camp well in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found in the park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game. Depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast and drive further along the floor of the Rift Valley with scenic views of both Lake Elementaita and Lake Naivasha en route, which are in the Great Rift from afar on the main highway to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive Mara Sopa Lodge well in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive that introduces you to this vast game filled reserve. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.
Spend the day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five - lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant. Game drives are flexible, with the option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park, or you can choose to have an early morning and late afternoon game drives. At extra cost of US$25 Per person you may visit a local Masai village to see their nomadic lifestyle; the Masai are famous for their bravery, as they have co-existed with the animals over the years. All meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.
Another early morning game drive in Maasai Mara, then depart after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi arriving approx 13:00hrs. Drop at your hotel or transfer to the airport for onward flight home. End of services.

- -Electricity information Both main electricity and generated supply in lodges provide 240 volts. Most hotels and some game lodges provide shaving points with 110 volts. Sockets are normally three-pin and of the square variety.
- -Medical information A check should be made with the nearest Kenyan High Commission, embassy, tourist office, or any airline with scheduled flights into Kenya for an update on the health requirements prior to departure. Membership of the Flying Doctors Society is strongly recommended. In the event of an accident or sickness while on safari, the society will fly patients by air ambulance to Nairobi for admittance to a hospital at a fee.
- Hard currencies can be exchanged in cash or traveler's checks at banks and forex bureaus all over the country and in most hotels. US dollars and sterling pounds are most acceptable. Banks are usually open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are widely accepted
- Although hotels and lodges include a service charge, it is customary to tip porters, waiters, taxi drivers, and safari drivers and guides. Meanwhile, baggage space on safari is restricted to one medium suitcase or holdall per person, plus hand baggage. Hotels will normally store baggage at no extra cost. Baggage can also be stored at Kenya Tru Nomads offices. A baggage weight restriction of 15 kilograms per person applies on air safaris. Where very small aircraft are used, this may be reduced to 10 kilograms. With regard to security, normal precautions as in any other destination worldwide should be taken. Visitors are advised to make use of safe deposit boxes and safes to store their valuables. Reliable taxis are available at all the hotels. Before photographing, seek the assistance of your driver or guide in this matter to avoid photographing restricted areas.
