Your new adventure begins with the once in a lifetime experience Dolphin Swim Adventure program, where you’ll interact with our adorable and cute dolphins in the Caribbean Sea waters (not pool or an aquarium), their natural habitat.
We invite you to immerse yourself and take a closer look at the marine animal’s world while you live a magical moment with this incredible species. Dolphins are a very intelligent sea species full of love and charisma and are ready to share it with their visitors.
This fun experience doesn’t end with this! While you’re in the water our marine mammal specialists will teach you very interesting information about dolphins, how we take care of them, their habitat, reproduction and nursing.

- For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
- Infants and children up to 7 years of age will perform the encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate.
- Children ranging from 1-7 years of age or with a stature inferior to 1.20mts can participate in the in the Swim Adventure program accompanied by 2 adults. Children 8 years and up or with a stature of more than 1.20mts are able to participate in the Swim Adventure program accompanied by one adult. Children over 10 years of age or above 1.40m can participate alone in any program when paying the adult rate. In case it is only 1 adult and a child with a height inferior to 1.20mts, both must carry out the Encounter program (Kiss, Hand Target and Handshake.)
- In Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a closer experience.
- To book 1-5 year old infants please do not include them in your reservation but be sure to add them on the comments section of your reservation.
