On the shore excursion tour to Sete Cidades, you will explore several lakes around the area and hop-on an all-terrain ride along the craters of Sete Cidades as well as visit the small local parish.
If you take the shore excursion to Furnas, you will be visiting the most romantic town in Portugal. In Furnas, hot spring waters, neighbour fresh spring waters inside a volcano. See vegetation and fumaroles competing. Enjoy Furnas lake shore (a small trail hike can be included if you wish) and you will also see how a traditional Portuguese plate is made.
On the shore excursion tour to Lagoa do Fogo you will enjoy the natural blue hue of the nature reserve and Fogo Lake. Visit the Caldeira Velha with its hot waterfall and natural pool for swimming. Explore a 4WD trail to a freshwater waterfall (a small hike can be included if desired). You will also witness evidence of volcano activity at Ribeira Grande, a small town in Caldeiras.
