Overview

On your first day we will pick you up from your Beijing downtown hotel lobby at 8:30 am and where you will take an air-conditioned private vehicle to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, which is less crowded and known for its beautiful surroundings. Hike up the Great Wall along the stone steps, enjoy the beautiful scenery and the tensely distributed Watchtowers.

After lunch, you will continue to explore the royal park of the Summer Palace. You will stroll along the beautiful long corridor while listening to your guide’s live narration of the royal history and enjoy the stunning landscapes. Afterwards, we will return you to your hotel.

On the second day of your tour, you will be taken to  Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Enjoy strolling around the largest central city square, walk into the best-preserved imperial palace complex, and follow your guide as you learn about the Imperial history. Next, you will proceed to Jingshan Park which is located behind the Forbidden City and where you will get a panoramic view of the Forbidden City.

Enjoy lunch at a nice local restaurant before moving on to explore another sight not to miss when touring Beijing; the Temple of Heaven. Follow your guide to see the Altar, Echo Wall, and spectacular Imperial Vault, admire the most representative existing masterpiece of China’s ancient sacrificial buildings, and discover the belief and worship of Chinese emperors. Later enjoy a safe transfer back to your hotel to conclude the trip.

We don't usually book tours when we go on vacation but this made seeing the Great Wall and the host of other attractions a possibility. Our tour guide was all about service and ensuring that we were enjoying the experience. She was kind and energetic, able to answer any questions we had about China or the Great Wall. Booking was easy and the tour is very reasonably priced considering that it is over two days and you get to see a lot. You also get picked up from your hotel which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

This is tour is a must and the tour company were efficient with excellent guides. I did a lot of research prior to going as my husband and I wanted to make the most out of our visit. Thankfully I found this tour online and booked it. We were met by our own private tour guide at our hotel on each day. We had a driver that picked us up, drove us around and dropped us off every day. We learned so much about the history and culture of China as well as seeing so many amazing places. If I ever go back to China this will be the only tour company I will use. Thank you for the great memories.

Obviously the Great Wall is a must see in China, but on this tour you felt that you saw everything. Our guide was awesome and did a great job of explain the history of everything we were seeing. He also was a great photographer and showed us all the best spots to capture great pictures. This was an excellent two days sightseeing tour.

The tour was amazing. We got to see the Great wall, the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, and Tiananmen Square. Our guide spoke very good English and gave us good historic information at each stop.

The Wall and the surroundings were simply amazing to see. The two days were spent going to the best places in Beijing like the Great Wall and Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It was a very good experience and my tour guide was very kind and gave lots of information about the places I visited. Thank you very much.
