Our representative will wait for you at the arrivals terminal in the airport and outside of the Port terminal gate on departure, with a sign and your name on it; he will help with the luggage, you will be accompanied to the car and after about 20 minutes, dropped at either Venice airport or cruise port Marittima or San Basilio depending arrivals or departures.

Our guide took time to explain everything in detail and never rushed us. He was really good with our 8 year old twins and kept them engaged during tour. Would highly recommend him. He also knew how to take amazing pictures!
